Curtis Hidemasa Arima is a metalsmith who makes jewelry and sculpture in multiple mediums  in his Berkeley studio. He earned a BFA from California College of Arts and Crafts and an MFA from Cranbrook Academy. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally. His publications include, Metalsmith Magazine, Sculpture Magazine, Lapidary Journal, the Lark 500 Series books, and New Brooches.  He has lectured and taught workshops in the US, Japan, and China.

Adam Whitney is a Metalsmith who currently resides in his home state of Vermont. He has worked & lived throughout the United States and abroad obtaining experience from a range of projects and teaching. At his studio he spends his time hammering sheet metal into volumetric forms, constantly exploring the possibilities of silversmithing and pushing his understanding and knowledge of the craft. When not in his studio Adam travels to work on projects and to teach workshops, taking his passion for Metalsmithing to wherever he goes. 

Adam received his BFA in Crafts / Materials Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University where he concentrated in Metalsmithing. He has worked as a bench jeweler at Dransfield Jewelers, Metals Studio Coordinator at Penland School of Crafts, taught Jewelry Design at Raffles College in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and now runs his own studio, AW Metalsmith.

April Wood is a metalsmith living and working in Baltimore, MD. She received her BFA in Studio Art-Metals from Texas State University in San Marcos and her MFA from Towson University. She has exhibited her work locally and nationally.

She has been the recipient of many scholarships and grants, including three Maryland State Art Council Individual Artist Awards (2009 – Sculpture, 2010 – Works on Paper, 2012 – Crafts), a grant from the Texas Commission on the Arts, a travel grant from the NEA, and the Art Department Graduate Student Fellowship at Towson University. Her work was published in the 2008 Metalsmith Exhibition in Print and was the cover and feature article of the Fall 2009 issue of Surface Design Journal.
