Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy - Domestic

The Radical Jewelry Makeover store provides domestic shipping via USPS, includes insurance on all packages, and takes great care when packaging all jewelry.  All orders will be shipped within three business days, a tracking number will be provided via email when an item ships. Also note that if you order multiple items, they may come in multiple packages.

Shipping  Policy  - International

The Radical Jewelry Makeover store does not ship internationally at this time, but we hope to in the future. Please check back with us soon! 

Damage during shipping

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us. All items are insured by the shipping service.

Return Policy

We offer two options for returns: refund or store credit.

To get the return process started, contact us with Return in the subject line, your name, order number, the reason for return, and which return option you’re choosing. The shipper pays for all return shipping costs, and must include shipping insurance. The RJM Store and Community for Ethical Jewelry are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

All eligible returns must be received within 15 days of receipt of your delivery, unworn, in original condition. Any returns or exchanges will be processed after the item has been inspected for wear, damage or alteration.

Keep in mind that, depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Madeover Jewelry Repairs

Over the course of owning your hand-fabricated RJM Madeover Jewelry you might experience natural wear or damages. We are happy to help evaluate the piece, and we will determine what course of action to take. If possible, it will be sent back to the studio of the artist who originally made it so it can be repaired to their specifications. This process will take time and will have an associated charge assigned by the artist.

Tax

Because we are registered in Ohio, there is no sales tax applied to any purchase unless we are shipping within the state of Ohio. If we are shipping to the state of Ohio, sales tax will be added. This is non-negotiable.
