PLEDGE: I have read Ethical Metalsmiths mission and vision. I pledge that my values align with EM's. I further pledge that I will share with EM, if requested of me, information showing or supporting that alignment. I understand that this pledge may change in the future, at which point I may be asked to re-sign.
