Executive Vice President of the Jewelers’ Security Alliance (JSA)
Scott Guginsky, Executive Vice President of the Jewelers’ Security Alliance (JSA), a position he's held for the past 14 years. Founded in 1883, JSA is a nonprofit jewelry trade organization representing more than 20,000 jewelry stores on jewelry crime and security.
Scott retired from the NYPD after 24 years, serving as a Detective Sergeant and leading the Organized Theft Squad, where I investigated jewelry-related crimes throughout New York City.
Scott is currently reviewing the crimes that were forwarded to him to identify patterns and determine whether they may be connected to one or more organized groups.
