Deborah Lozier is an internationally-known metalsmith, jeweler, enamelist and instructor residing in Oakland, California. Deb exhibits internationally and stretches beyond her personal work to include public and private commissions. She has received artist grants from the City of Oakland and the Society of North American Goldsmiths and is included in several private and public collections.
